Proposal · Phase One

From 1:1 consultancy to a learning ecosystem.

A proposal for Ariella Lew and the Kids on Track team: a bespoke online school that takes the guidance you already give one family at a time, and makes it available to parents and professionals everywhere.

The opportunity

The demand is already there — the delivery model is what's capped.

There are only so many consultations in a week, and the waiting list is the proof of demand, not the solution to it. The same frameworks, reassurance and practical strategies you share in a room can now reach a hundred families at once — and still feel unmistakably like Kids on Track.

Parents and children together in a calm home setting
Since 2012of trusted guidance
Not a template. Not a page on someone else's marketplace. A bespoke online school built in your brand, with three pieces working together.

What this is

A custom-built learning platform, designed around how Kids on Track already works.

Every piece is shaped around the way parents and professionals actually learn from you: clear, warm, practical, and never generic.

1

Courses

Structured, multi-format modules — reading, video, printable resources and human check-ins — for parents and for professional teams.

2

A resource hub

Your checklists, templates and quick-reference guides, sold individually as low-friction digital products.

3

Learner accounts

Progress tracking, purchased resources and a returning place for each family or setting — so people come back rather than buying once and drifting.

The 1:1 model

1 week

A handful of sessions, fully booked, one family at a time. Your expertise is the bottleneck.

The platform model

100+ families

One course, launched once, supporting parents and professionals worldwide — while keeping the human touch.

Why now

Four shifts that make this the right moment

You've hit the ceiling of 1:1

There are only so many consultations in a week, and the waiting list is the proof of demand, not the solution to it.

2012

Years of frameworks, handouts and talks — already refined, ready to package once and sell indefinitely.

Revenue that isn't tied to hours

Diversifying into digital products smooths the peaks and troughs of consultancy income without diluting the premium work.

Reach families who can't access 1:1

Cost, geography, waiting lists, or simply not being ready to book a session — a course meets people where they are, worldwide.

Build a lasting content ecosystem

Every course, template and thread compounds into an asset that keeps the brand visible and referenced long after it's published.

The benefits

What this unlocks for Kids on Track

Scale beyond your calendar

Your diary has a hard ceiling. A course doesn't. The same guidance you give in a session can support a hundred families on a Tuesday night while you sleep.

Serve parents AND professionals

One platform, two audiences. Families get practical day-to-day help; schools, nurseries and allied health teams get frameworks they can roll out across a setting.

A new revenue stream alongside consulting

Courses and paid resources earn independently of your hours — and warm the very best leads for your premium 1:1 and organisational work.

Own your platform, don't rent one

No third-party course marketplace taking a cut, capping your branding or owning your audience list. This is your site, your look, your data.

Turn existing content into evergreen assets

The handouts, talks and explanations you've refined since 2012 already exist. This packages them once and sells them indefinitely.

Keep the human touch, at scale

Reflection prompts and check-in bookings keep the personal element that makes Kids on Track different — at a scale that a diary alone can't reach.

A calm, playful scene representing the Accidents Happen course

Phase one pilot

One complete course — end to end — to prove the experience works.

The objective

Phase one exists to prove one thing: that a Kids on Track course can feel as personal, warm and expert online as it does in the room.

This demo builds one complete pilot course — Accidents Happen — end to end: catalogue, sales page, a real course player with four content formats, a resource hub and a learner dashboard. If the pilot lands with parents and with professional settings, the same framework rolls out across tantrums, NDIS navigation, teenagers and educator training without rebuilding anything.

How this could work

Two ways Bec and Ariella could work together.

Whichever platform path you choose — custom or off-the-shelf — there are two shapes this partnership can take.

Option A

Project-based build

Bec designs, builds and launches the chosen learning platform end to end within six weeks — including hosting or platform setup and production of the first pilot course. A one-off engagement with scope and price agreed upfront.

Custom-built platform$15,836 AUD
Off-the-shelf platform setup$12,875 AUD

Fixed price agreed upfront, delivered end to end in six weeks — no surprises.

  • Fixed six-week delivery window
  • Platform setup, build and handover
  • First pilot course produced with you
  • Scope and price agreed before we start

Option B

Fractional L&D partner

Bec comes on board as an ongoing fractional Learning & Development consultant — building and expanding the platform and course library over time, and consulting on marketing and launch strategy. A deeper, higher-value growth relationship.

$6,000 AUD / month

Minimum three-month engagement. Not just a build — a growth partner: the course library keeps expanding and marketing and launch strategy come with it.

  • Minimum three-month engagement
  • Billed as a monthly retainer
  • Course library grows continuously
  • Marketing and launch strategy included
